MSB offers more than ballet and dance training. Our comprehensive wellness program provides a variety of classes with top notch instruction. At MSB, we believe health and wholeness is for everyone at every age. MINDFUL KIDS (Ages 4-6)
Teaches self regulation skills through meditation, breathing exercises and simple Tai Chi movements. Leda also employs the use of story telling, animal imagery, and props such as puppets, stuffed animals, and tibetan chimes.
TAI CHI / QI GONG
This 10-week beginner level course will introduce participants to a series of gentle, flowing exercises that cultivate harmony and balance in mind and body. Class will include simple stretching, and balance exercises to increase joint mobility, flexibility and balance.

The Pilates Method is a form of exercise that is based on the power house of the body’s physical center. It offers many benefits including strengthening, stretching and emphasizing an alignment of the body that promotes healthy posture. This can be done for a lifetime and is appropriate for all ages!
STRETCH + STRENGTH

This class is for dancers and non-dancers. Using various modalities to increase kinesthetic awareness, improve alignment, strength, and flexibility, this class is designed to enhance dance skills, sport skills, and promote better overall health.
PRIVATE REIKI SESSIONS
A gentle form of healing using spiritually guided energy, Reiki is known to promote health and well being, as well as alleviate pain and anxiety. The energy that you receive during a reiki session taps into your body’s innate healing wisdom and promotes creativity and alignment with positivity.
