Participate in highly individualized ballet and modern technique classes on a daily basis, as well as classes in related disciplines with some of our Guest Faculty such as: 

– Music Theory          – Dance History
– Nutrition                  – Composition
– Anatomy                  – Variations
– Injury Prevention    – Jazz
– And more!

Weeks 1-2 | MONDAY-FRIDAY
9:15-10:30am            Pilates
10:45am-12:15pm     Ballet or Modern
12:15-12:45pm           Lunch Break
12:45-2:30pm           Ballet or Modern
2:30-3:45pm             Pointe or Variations
3:45-4:45pm             Related Disciplines (ex: Anatomy)

Week 3 | MONDAY-FRIDAY
9:15am-4:45pm         Focus on Choreography

August 1 | SATURDAY
1:30pm         Performance

    I am so thankful to have a mentor like Paula Shiff. We work really hard in the summer intensive, and it’s a lot of fun. I can see a lot of improvement in myself just in 3 weeks. I can’t wait for the next intensive!
